The Leicester Shire Economic Partnership (LSEP) is now into its second year of operation.
The LSEP is a not-for-profit company established by the East Midlands Development Agency (emda) to foster and promote economic development within Leicester and Leicestershire. In doing so it will draw upon funding from emda which will:-
* Help pilot new ideas which can support the local economy;
*Add value to ideas already being pursued and funded by local organisations;
*Enable the LSEP to co-ordinate or act as a catalyst in bringing together current resources and thinking.
